利用規約 Terms of Service

本規約は、QUIETSHIP(以下「当方」)が提供するすべてのプロダクト・サービス(Chrome拡張機能、Webサイト、その他将来のプロダクト等、以下「本サービス」)に共通して適用されます。製品固有の追加事項がある場合は本文中に明記します。 These Terms apply to all products and services provided by QUIETSHIP ("we", "us"), including Chrome extensions, the website, and any future products (collectively, "the Service"). Product-specific provisions are noted where applicable.

1. 同意Acceptance

本サービスをインストール、利用、または閲覧することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本サービスをご利用いただかないようお願いします。 By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Service.

2. ライセンスLicense

当方は、本規約に従う限り、本サービスを利用する個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能なライセンスをあなたに付与します。 QUIETSHIP grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

3. 利用上のルールAcceptable Use

本サービスは合法的な目的でのみ利用してください。以下の行為は禁止します。 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• 適用法で許される場合を除き、本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル。 Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except where permitted by applicable law.
• 本サービスの配布、サブライセンス、再販売、その他商用化。 Distribute, sublicense, resell, or otherwise commercialize the Service.
• 適用法令・規則・第三者の権利を侵害する目的での利用。 Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• ライセンス、決済、機能制限の仕組みを回避する試み。 Attempt to circumvent licensing, payment, or feature-gating mechanisms.

4. プライバシーPrivacy

本サービスの利用には、プライバシーポリシー も適用されます。要約すると: 当方のプロダクトはすべてブラウザ内でローカル処理し、テレメトリやリモートストレージは一切ありません。 Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: QUIETSHIP products process all data locally in your browser. No telemetry, no remote storage.

5. 有料機能Paid Features

当方の一部プロダクトには、追加機能を解放する任意の有料プランがあります(例: JSONClean Pro)。各有料プランの課金条件は以下のとおりです。 Some QUIETSHIP products offer optional paid plans that unlock additional features (e.g., JSONClean Pro). Billing terms for each paid plan:

• 価格: 各プロダクトのページに表示。例: JSONClean Pro は USD 2.00 / 月、ExtensionPay 経由で Stripe にて課金。 Price: Displayed on each product page. Example: JSONClean Pro is USD 2.00 / month, billed via Stripe through ExtensionPay.
• 課金サイクル: 月次・解約まで自動更新。 Billing cycle: Monthly, recurring automatically on the renewal date until cancelled.
• 解約: 各プロダクトのポップアップから「Manage subscription」→ Stripe Customer Portal で操作。解約後も次回更新日まで有料機能をご利用いただけます。 Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the product popup ("Manage subscription" → Stripe Customer Portal). Paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• 返金: 有料機能は決済直後に有効化されるデジタルコンテンツのため、原則として開始後の返金は承っておりません(法令で要求される場合、または当方側の不具合により技術的に利用不能な場合を除く)。 Refunds: Because paid features are activated immediately upon payment and consist of digital feature unlocks, refunds are not offered after the subscription starts, except where required by applicable law or where features are technically unusable due to a defect on our side.
• 価格変更: 将来的に価格を変更する場合があります。既存ユーザには値上げの30日前までに通知します。 Price changes: We may change pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

6. 無保証No Warranty

本サービスは「現状有姿(AS IS)」「利用可能な範囲(AS AVAILABLE)」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証もしません。当方は、本サービスが中断のないこと、エラーがないこと、セキュアであること、あなたの要求を満たすことを保証しません。 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

7. 責任の制限Limitation of Liability

適用法令で許される最大限の範囲において、当方は本サービスの利用に起因または関連する間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害(逸失利益、データ損失、業務中断を含む)について一切の責任を負わないものとします。 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUIETSHIP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. 終了Termination

あなたはいつでも本サービスの利用を停止できます(拡張機能のアンインストール、および該当する場合は有料プランの解約)。当方は、あなたが本規約に違反した場合、本サービス(有料機能を含む)へのアクセスを終了または停止することがあります。 You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling your paid subscription if applicable. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service (including paid features) if you violate these Terms.

9. 規約の変更Changes to these Terms

本規約は随時更新されることがあります。冒頭の「最終更新」日が最新の改訂を示します。重要な変更は本ページに告知します。変更後の本サービスの継続利用は、改訂後の規約への同意とみなされます。 We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. 準拠法Governing Law

本規約は、抵触法の原則を除き、日本国法に準拠します。本規約に起因または関連する紛争の専属管轄は、消費者の居住地の強行的消費者保護法に別段の定めがある場合を除き、日本国内の裁判所とします。 These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be the courts located in Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of the user's residence provides otherwise.
